PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING CREVION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 17.

1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Crevion Inc. ("Crevion," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company with offices at 4300 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 203, Miami, Florida 33137. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Crevion website, mobile applications, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
To use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

Age: You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Residency: You are not a resident, national, or agent of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States (including OFAC), the United Nations, or the European Union.

Prohibited Jurisdictions: You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited or restricted by law. Crevion reserves the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion and in compliance with applicable law.

3. Description of Services
Crevion provides a non-custodial and/or custodial digital asset platform enabling the execution of cryptocurrency transactions. Services include:

Spot trading and conversion of supported Digital Assets.

Digital wallet hosting services.

Market data and charting tools.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Crevion is a technology service provider, NOT an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or tax consultant. No communication or information provided on the Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with your trading decisions.

4. Account Registration and Security
Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and to update such information promptly.

Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including passwords and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes.

Unauthorized Access: You must notify Crevion immediately at [support@crevion.com] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. Crevion will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account or from unauthorized access resulting from user-side malware, phishing, or compromised devices.

5. Identity Verification (KYC/AML Compliance)
Crevion is committed to combating money laundering and terrorist financing. Accordingly:

You agree to provide identity documentation, biometric data, and proof of address upon request.

Crevion may employ third-party verification services and screen against global sanctions and watchlists.

Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to complete verification to Crevion's satisfaction will result in the immediate suspension of your account and the freezing of any assets contained therein until compliance is achieved or assets are returned (less any applicable administrative fees and subject to legal restrictions).

6. Risk Disclosure and Assumption of Risk
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TRADING AND HOLDING CRYPTOCURRENCY INVOLVES A HIGH DEGREE OF RISK, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Volatility: The value of Digital Assets can fluctuate dramatically and may result in a total loss of value.

Technology Risks: The Platform or underlying blockchain networks may be subject to cyber-attacks, consensus failures, or software bugs.

Regulatory Uncertainty: Changes in laws and regulations may materially and adversely affect the use, transfer, and value of your Digital Assets.

YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR ALL TRADING ACTIVITY AND OUTCOMES.

7. Fees and Payment Terms
Fee Schedule: Crevion charges fees for trades, deposits, and withdrawals. Current fee rates are published on the Platform's "Fees" page and are incorporated herein by reference.

Authorization: By initiating a transaction, you authorize Crevion to automatically deduct the applicable fee from your account balance or transaction proceeds.

Modification: Crevion reserves the right to modify its fee structure upon reasonable notice to you, which may be provided via email or Platform announcement.

8. Prohibited Conduct
In connection with your use of the Platform, you agree NOT to:

Engage in any activity that violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including sanctions programs).

Attempt to manipulate the market via wash trading, spoofing, layering, or front-running.

Use the Platform to facilitate illegal gambling, terrorist financing, child exploitation, or trafficking.

Interfere with the security of the Platform, including attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Crevion system or network.

Use automated means (bots or scrapers) to access the Platform without Crevion's express prior written permission via API agreement.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Withholding of Assets
Crevion reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

Suspend Access: Temporarily restrict your ability to trade or withdraw funds.

Terminate Account: Permanently close your account.

Freeze Assets: Hold and/or report assets to relevant authorities.

Such actions may be taken if we detect suspicious activity, a violation of these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law enforcement, regulatory mandate, or a valid court order.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
The Crevion name, logo, software code, design, and all content displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of Crevion or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose only.

11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., blockchain explorers, tax software). Crevion does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: IN NO EVENT SHALL CREVION, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS.

TOTAL LIABILITY CAP: CREVION’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO CREVION DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREVION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CREVION DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE AGAINST HACKING OR CYBER ATTACKS.

14. Data Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions where Crevion operates.

15. Modifications to Terms
Crevion may revise these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will provide at least fifteen (15) days' notice via email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the Effective Date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crevion, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your use of the Platform.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement: ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA). YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

18. Force Majeure
Crevion shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
